Driving Innovation Across the Public Sector
The Frontier State is a non-profit think tank that brings together executive leadership, policy makers, technology leaders, and industry experts to solve the common challenges of operating government more efficiently and more effectively. We provide a continuous framework designed collaboratively develop solutions that break the cycle of isolated implementation and legacy complexity.
Driving Innovation Across the Public Sector
Modernization fails when technology drives business decisions. We facilitate a transition to a "Business-First" world where operational requirements and public policy drive technology decisions.
By bringing the entire ecosystem to the table, we ensure that every voice—from the budget office to the server room—is aligned on outcomes.
Public Sector Executives: Empowering agency heads to focus on outcomes over complexity.
Policy Makers & Appropriators: Connecting statute and budget to technical reality.
CXOs & Technology Leaders: Driving forward-thinking data governance and secure AI adoption.
Procurement & Legal: Modernizing acquisition to favor results over rigid legacy systems.
A Think Tank
But With Substance
We don't just talk about change; we build the tools to achieve it. Our Frontier State Fellowship Retreats and workshops are high-impact gatherings designed to foster peer-to-peer learning and produce tangible resources.
Experience-Led Workshops: Led by subject matter experts who have navigated the "trenches" of public sector service.
Practical Outcomes: We deliver frameworks, tactics, and tools that can be implemented in any jurisdiction.
Trusted Relationships: Our agenda is designed for reflection and connection, strengthening the bonds across the public sector.
